The museum is just outside the main square and the church. The exhibitions are on show are ones that cannot be shown in the Church due to space. It is well worth a visit as it does not only talk at religion, but the history of the island along side art. A donation is welcome, but is free entrance. The museum is on 4 floors and an elevator is available. Photographs are allowed with the exception of flash photography due to the age of the paintings. Well worth a visit.

A delightful museum & art exhibition venue in the centre of Gozo. We went to see the W. Apap art, but there’s so much more to feast your eyes on. Beautifully curated art, clerical items, ancient coins and even a prehistoric skull. No entrance fees but donations are accepted - and totally worth a token of appreciation. There’s also a caffè on the roof however we preferred to walk 2 minutes to the village square.

Lovely little place that I really didn't expect, and much larger inside than expected at first. Articles on display are from various churches and are superb. Lots of information on the church and the articles history. Well worth a visit. Look out for special events like this one for Christmas 2019. Lovely brass band playing and it's free too but please donate something if you have enjoyed your visit 😉

If you take a trip to the small island of Gozo be sure to visit Victoria. There you will find this beautifully kept museum "'ll Hagar Museum " in St. George's Square right next door to the Basilica. I was very impressed .. real Gozitan culture. A must see. Entry is free, but donations are welcome !

Do NOT ignore this gem in the way up to the roof cafe. Amazing museum with some beautiful and incredibly old artifacts. In the UK these pieces would be behind ropes whereas here you are free to get up close. Amazing place not to be missed...voluntary donations support the ongoing work.

It's a free entrance museum - which is quite rare in Malta. It offers a relax environment and narrates the story of religion here in Malta with rich and true samples of statues, paintings and many other valuable items - worth a visit!
