We had a very disappointing lunch here, and the experience was nowhere near the 4.6 rating this restaurant currently holds. From start to finish, the service and food were both well below standard. Even something as simple as bringing water to the table was mishandled — bottles were placed down but not opened for us. The staff were unable to explain the details of the dishes properly, and when we asked about side dishes, it took around 10 minutes before anyone came back with an answer. When the food was finally delivered, one of the side dishes was delayed by more than 10 minutes, leaving the meal incomplete. On top of that, the waiter placed a second set of utensils on the table without removing the first set already there — a basic service detail that should never be overlooked. The food itself was extremely disappointing. We ordered two ribeye steaks, both requested medium rare. Instead, what arrived was closer to burned, with the meat quality itself not living up to the high price charged. For a restaurant with these ratings and pricing, the quality was far from acceptable. Even the simplest order — a double espresso — was mishandled, as it arrived with half of it spilled over the cup. To make matters worse, the plates themselves were chipped, which is unacceptable in a restaurant setting. Overall, both the service and the quality of the food were extremely poor and absolutely not aligned with the high reputation and prices of this property. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend...
