I recently visited Shems' Casino and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The first thing that struck me about this casino was how small it was - there were only a few gaming tables and machines, which made for a cramped and uninviting atmosphere.
One of the games that I was looking forward to playing was roulette, but even this experience left me underwhelmed. I was disappointed to discover that there were no bonuses or special features to be found in the roulette games, which made the gameplay feel rather basic and unexciting.
To make matters worse, the staff at Shems' Casino were not particularly welcoming or friendly. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them, rather than a valued customer. The lack of hospitality really took away from the overall experience...

The service left much to be desired, as nearly every staff member, from waiters to security and parking attendants, seemed to expect a tip. Surprisingly, even cashiers hinted for gratuities during cashouts. On a positive note, the table employees, particularly those overseeing the roulette wheel and blackjack, provided excellent service without soliciting tips. Read moreAlthough there is no poker at this casino, three (3) members of staff told me there was, to get me to go in and spend money at the bar, waiting for the fictitious game to start! When I asked why they’d lied, they just shrugged, and thought saying “inshallah” would make their lies evaporate into thin air. They didn’t evaporate into thin air! They’re here on Google.
