Museu del Modernisme de Barcelona — Attraction in Barcelona

Our visit was September 2015 and we still chat about particular objects and paintings we saw there. It was luxurious to be in a human-scale space, up close enough to see every detail, and not crowded at all by other visitors. When I look at the prices being charged today, our memories-per-Euro from this little museum are probably second to those from the Sagrada Familia. ‪Great place for people interested in art-noveau or modernismè català, it is free to enter, two floor building inside, with mostly modernista furniture, some of Gaudi's artworks are also exhibited. Excellent small museum celebrating Barcelona's golden age of art deco and art nouveau. We got an inclusive ticket with the Barcelona card and enjoyed an intense visit of about an hour - but you could easily spend less and feel satisfied.
