I arrived at 5am the guy called samir received me. He said for early check in I have to pay extra. I asked him how much extra he didn't know. After that I asked him if he had plug for my phone charger he mentioned not a good time now. Come during the day. Then I asked about room service breakfast if there is any service charge. He said there is charge but he doesn't know how much. I asked him to find out. He then went and asked another guy. He didn't know either. He said just sleep now and you will find out as there is a menu in your room. Staffs have no clue what they are doing. Later on I called room service even they didn't know the cost for room service. Not knowledgeable at all.

Next day two girls were there. I asked them at night to order me a soup as I couldn't eat anything as I was feeling sick. They said it's not our job to order please call 177. I called 177 but my phone wasn't working which is very strange. Reception service is the worst. They need serious training compared to other Ambassador brand around the world. Just disgraceful what had happened. I was starving all night with fever as I couldn't order food.
