For a start, this place wasn't too bad, but I'll describe my experience. When we arrived we asked for our two rooms we had booked in advance. Then the man from the first desk gave us the wrong rooms (on sepperate floors) and we realized it was the wrong rooms and had to switch. No one offered to help with baggage. The first room we got looked beautiful, just like the photos. The second room was horrible. Nothing like the photos. The bathroom was disgusting. It was much smaller than the other room and with a horrible bed. We asked to switch the room, and they showed us a worse room on a higher floor. Smaller and dusty, too! So we didnt take it and asked for another room which was a little better but nothing like the photos and nothing we had expected. We had booked in advance, so thats why we didn't leave. After this horrible feeling we realized that we booked one standard room and one deluxe. The standard rooms are all bad, and about a one dollar difference per night. So we asked to upgrade, and they moved us from the third to the first floor to a nice room with a great bathroom but the HARDEST bed in the world. That was our last night so we just stayed with it. We asked for a taxi the next day (early flight) for 5am and the taxi never arrived and no one was around to help us and we luckily found one on the street. And don't expect to pay with credit cards, they only accept cash. On booking they advertise that they have sound proof rooms. It sounds like you are in the street at night. Absolutely not sound proof. Also their photos are completely photoshopped. In conclusion: if you come here, take only a room on the first floor. Only place where wifi works well and the only decent rooms, don't expect ant help from the front desk, and have cash to pay your bill. We were mostly disappointed because they had such glowing reviews on booking and google maps, and we were really let down.

Read moreWe had a cozy stay at the hotel. There's hot water in the shower. Good food at the cafe downstairs. The price is better than most hotels in the area, but you don't miss out on the comfort. The staff were nice and friendly. There's a nice view of some hills/ mountains from the rooftop. There are also some family restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. A couple taxis also seem to stick around right outside if you need to get to the city. Just make sure to check the prices (with the hotel staff or Taximandu/inDriver apps) because they will charge you 2+ times the regular fare to...
