Shockingly Disappointing Experience

Review: I am absolutely appalled by our experience at Wunderbar in Rotterdam. We were excited to visit a place that boasts an 'open-minded' philosophy, only to find that it falls embarrassingly short of that claim. Our group included a Black disabled person in a wheelchair, and instead of welcoming us, we were abruptly told to leave. This exclusion not only contradicts their supposed values but also reflects poorly on their commitment to accessibility and diversity. We went for a few beers and were charged the minute we got them, we tried to order another beer and some napkins but the waiter with the dreadlocks told us to get up and order them ourselves inside in a rude manner. One of us got annoyed with this attitude and made noise with one of the cards. The waiter's reaction was to come over like a bully and get in my friend's face while tapping him on the arm. It was very disgusting and very unprofessional, a waiter should never react like that and even less touch a customer with an attitude of looking for a fight. I don't know how they can have him...

Very cool environment and decorations. Unfortunately we had less than satisfactory service and therefore will not be returning to this establishment. We ordered drinks and food, and never got the food. We had to leave so we went to pay for the drinks knowing that they forgot to put the order in for food. But they insisted that we had to pay for the food we never received. We explained that we waited over 50 mins the food and finally ran out of time. It was settled at the end but not without our experience being ruined. Would not recommend this place for future trips...
