Inflatable World — Attraction in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

I recently attended a birthday celebration at this venue. Shockingly, they triple-booked their small upstairs space with THREE 😳 separate birthday parties happening at the same time. This resulted in a chaotic atmosphere, as guests from the other parties were forced to mingle in the same area we occupied.

It was frustrating to see that, on the day of the event, there was nothing anyone could do to rectify the situation. With no option to relocate, we had to endure the experience while feeling quite upset. I sincerely hope that all three parties received refunds, as the lack of organization was unprofessional and disappointing. Inflatable World Manukau is fantastic . I booked it for my sons sixth birthday party and everyone loved it. There is so much for the children to do - we were there for 3 and a half hours and even then the kids didn’t want to leave. We booked a party table upstairs and it was brilliant . Even the adults all commented what a great place it is . The staff are so friendly , helpful and cheerful and the supervision of the kids playing was more than adequate . There isn’t a cafe here but they sell basic coffee and some snacks and cold drinks . . There are plenty of places to sit . Party’s are self catering . There is also plenty of carparking right outside . We will certainly be returning to Inflatable...

Inflatable World Manukau is nothing as shown in their website video. I was in the Under 5's area, which needed to be cleaned.

There are loads of play items shown on this inflatable World website video, but this must be of another site. It is definitely not Manukau because there is nothing like this there.

I was mainly in the Under 5's area. A quick glance around, and there were 2 Health and Safety issues there. The tricycles did not have rubber handles on. The slide is too dangerous because the padding there is at an incorrect height, therefore there is a dangerous drop.
