Proximity Apartments — Hotel in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

Was a lovely place to stay youse to give me my request mainly what I requested for . loved the place loved the location liked I could just walk out the door and go to the mall . Service was mainly nice but sometimes I guess maybe youl get a day where Someone’s having a bad day . Loved the place but my last visit was so bad customer service was so bad this time They lied to my husbands face about having the room closed off and blocked and moved us to another room and lied to us about the room being blocked for a few days due to the room getting bombed from the bugs . cause me and my children had bug bites when we woke up . all we done was ask nicely to get the linen changed as they change linen every 3rd day if you stay long time . We were so disappointed as we seen someone in the room the next day and 3 of them kept lieing to my husband face which 2 of those stuff out of the 3 always had bad customer service . and kept denying saying no that rooms blocked no ones staying in there . Which was a big fat lie . Don’t ask for room service until your 3rd day or they will get annoyed I guess . My family and I youse to visit a lot pretty much every holiday and randomly youse to go stay as we visit our sister a lot as we are her only support person . Yeah that just really suks what happened and wasn’t fair due to us being a loyal long time customers and doing frequent visits and literally staying long time visits we sometime would even stay nearly month at 1 whole time or stay 2 weeks leave a day or 2 and go back for another whole 2 weeks on holiday season And we even youse to do a lot of weekend trips over there but after the last visit it just suks all this communication...

The staff in office were so friendly and helpful. Just ask nicely and they are happy to help where they can. I recently stayed 15 nights but initially could not get all nights confirmed due to some full dates. Upon arrival, I explained my desire and through a but of luck (due cancellations) and helpful staff, I was able to secure rooms for my whole stay. I needed to change rooms from a 2 bedroom to a studio and the managed to give me room on same floor (actually next door) making my move from 1st room to 2nd room very easy and convenient. |The room cleaners are like a SWAT team - so impressed with there speed and efficiency. |It seems nothing is too much of a problem from extra coffee or cleaning supplies, to fresh towels. |Thanks for making my staff as smooth as possible. .|I was so happy with the smiling service, I even brought a little box of Cadbury favourites for the office staff to share. Kindness returned with kindness. |The undercover parking is convenient and cheap. Walking distance to Westfield. Easy cooking facilities with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all the powders supplied. Just so convenient all round. |Just walk in with your suitcase, do a quick supermarket shop and it is like a home away...
