HELL Pizza Manukau — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

Wont be ordering from here EVER AGAIN! A regular mangere customer who makes regular purchases from this store on a regular basis (Check your database and my order historys) and none of these times have I ever been asked to show proof of purchase before my already paid goods is released. If you were unsure of this order why didnt your staff check the online details and follow up with a call to confirm this purchase was legit? If your driver didnt make the comment "we usually dont ever make deliverys out here". Which is clearly a lie and my automatic reaction to what I have just experienced made me think... Would this have happened if a white person had walked out to collect my already paid goods instead of a brown polynesian guy? Would this have happened if it was in a different suburb other than mangere? If this was a concern to you and your staff then maybe remove the option to deliver to...

We ordered pizza online one was mischief and the other was veg ..the online order system should show wat actual ingredients are made off specially the churizo i mean come on some people dont even know what ingredients are they made off..despite our mistake manukau made and initiative to give discount and make me a new 1 and when we got another pizza yet the taste was not what actually hell pizza has ..really need to keep up the companys standard if they wana survive in the market for long..i could have spent that same amount of money in dominoes or pizza hut and got better pizza than wat i expected from hells pizza ..really frustrated with this kind of...

Lasagna - 7/10 It was a lot thinner than I thought it was going to be so a smaller portion compared to their other pastas but overall was nice. Just really plain, basic but good meat sauce with a pretty nice cheese sauce layer but definitely basic. Would hit the spot enough if you were desperate for lasagna but didn't want to make or pay for a proper one 🤣.

Salad - 8.5/10 We got a creator salad with the standard salad bits then added parmesan, bacon bits and Caesar dressing and it was really yum. Make sure you order double the dressing though. I tried with one to start with and didn't have hardly...
