My entire family has been a loyal customer to this place for ages... Today i was waiting in a very long queue and finally bought my stuff and when i approached to pay found that i left my wallet in my car.. Gave him my shopping bag n requested him to kindly put it aside n i will come back. When i came back he told me i am jumping the queue. I said what? I already completed the queue n just went to grab my wallet why do i get back in the long 30 minutes queue again.. Non of the customers waiting in the queue had a problem n seems it was his attitude.. Went to Madinah halal meats round the corner which was equally busy but wonderful service n one of the best quality meats.. Found this guy was a rip off because the price is quite reasonable at Madinah.. It might not make a difference to you but you just lost 4 families as ur customers.. More to follow.... Read moreWill never buy from you again. Such a poor service and absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of the staff or the owner. My dad speaks little English, so my brother had to translate for him and unfortunately he had no mask so he kindly ask if they can give him a mask and the guy refused to help in any ways. He asked my dad and brother to leave the shop in a rude way instead of trying to help to sort out the issue during this pandemic. The easy solution was just to ask my brother to call them and tell them what he wants instead of asking them to leave in the rude way front of all the customers. My dad felt so bad that instead of greeting them they behaved in the most terrible way possible. He had no respect for my dad who is 65 years old. What if your dad was in the same situation? would you be happy if the staff treat him like this? you are seriously in trouble and should get some help for knowing how to treat your returning customers. And also there was a huge argument outside his shop just for a mask 😷 this is seriously not acceptable at all.We are your customer and you are open because of us and other customers so don’t ever forget that. Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE: Kia Ora , We have been your customer for over a year. Today on 25/07 we feeling extremely disappointed. We invited our friends for dinner and We can’t even serve meal. The goat meat we bought from your store stinks. I am sure meat is off and not safe to eat. I am going to bring it to you guys tomorrow to eat and review. Now we are ordering pizza and we felt ashamed on front of our guests. The only reason I am not taking this matter to further as I respect and support small businesses.
My suggestion for business owners: Please do investigation and make sure you serve quality meat else I will assure you guys will be closed down soon Use-by dates are required for health and safety reasons to reduce the risk of people getting sick from food that’s gone bad ( I can’t see any dates on packaging) You already charging elite prices, however quality is not up to the standards, Please work on it -I don’t want to be brutal as I like the guy and girl who work at front counter, They always smiling Work on you product and make sure no one get Be responsive for your business and act now before it...
