SoYo Riccarton — Attraction in Christchurch

Visited this place for the first time yesterday. It’s actually pretty popular with a few people already lining up for the place to open. It’s a small walking area to be getting a SoYo and toppings so get in there first while you can. One of the toppings I got were the strawberries, just saying they’re frozen strawberries, other than that there was so many toppings options. There’s an upstair floor with tables and sits, great atmosphere, fun and gets lots of sunlight. There’s tissues up there too. Went there recently twice, not open even if it's during their business hours. Once went there, there's note saying 'will be back soon'. Then we waited with a few other groups. A delivery person came and called them, was told will be at least another hour. So that is how they treat their customers. If customer didn't know there would be one hour waiting, we would have wasted our time there and got furious for the waiting. So for their understanding, at least one hour waiting means...

Could be a nice popular spot, but instead, it's dead quite, and I can see why. These by weight places can be a little more pricey but it was still more expensive than I was expecting! $13 for a small cup. The staff member was on the phone the whole time. The only thing he said to me was the price at the end. Upstairs seating is nice, and the space was clean. though some of the seats are falling apart.
