I know 5% don't sound like much but I can spend a lot here so if my total spend instore was $80 I would save $4 but I know people can easily spent more than that especially when hiring or even doing your DIY decorations (Summer is coming up and they have tons of stuff for your BBQ needs). From party hire, stationary, tools, outdoor stuff, decorations, kitchen utensils to party hire items. All sorts of toys and balloons and they can even inflate the balloons with helium at a reasonable price too. What I love are the grass cushion (40cm - 60cm) for cheap outdoor privacy screens ($6.95 each) I have made one up for my balcony at my apartment complex. They even have the cable ties to tie them together and to hang the grass...

Went in to the shop today just ask why this cupcake carrier Cracked on the side. It happened to the first one its not my fault he said it must have fallen in the shop and then second one cracked as well the staff made me wait for a while then ask me why it happen the staff told me it's a good quality one.. I work in Retail I wasn't after a refund. But he should be polite not get into a full argument in the shop as customer He should just help said okay sorry about that would you like get something else . I would had bought something today never go back I told my family and friends that he had Tongans flags. After that experience I will not buy anything at this shop in Onehunga . Again told my family and friends buy your Tongans flags somewhere else. ..you will get good customer service ...

Last week Thursday I ordered in store, a birthday banner for my dad's 70th birthday party last Saturday. Was the 100x200 size. I was absolutely pleased with what I got. The staff member that served me, took everything I wanted on the banner, including my dad's photos and designed an absolutely amazing banner. He was very friendly and considerate. Fast, efficient, and I picked it up the very next day. It exceeded my expectations, and at an amazing price too.
