Their products are great but the staff don't speak a single word of English. I was unable to purchase anything because the staff were unable to communicate what they were selling. I don't think they knew how to operate the EFTPOS machine or had an issue with it at the time too. They relentlessly spoke to me in Chinese. Regardless of how good your baked goods are, I don't think its acceptable for any goods/service provider in New Zealand or any country to be allowed to operate in a way that is exclusive to serving a single culture or language that is not...

Should have -MINUS Stars....I would give them -5 Stars. Such LAZY USELESS people. Ordered a cake...offered to pay a deposit....one day before called to confirm if the cake will be done....NO ORDER!
