Dip powder French manicure and gel pedicure $125.00NZD Casual walk-in client. Poor communication as a walk-in. Was just told to ‘sit and wait there’ Abrupt manner and hard to understand. I had to ask them to repeat what they had said three times After waiting five minute I asked how long the wait was for as I was not given an indication Told it was a 25 minute wait. I have much better things to do than sit for nearly half an hour looking at very old magazines so I said I would return at 12 midday ( in 25 minutes time) Pedicure and gel polish was okay. Nothing startling. Pretty average standard stuff Powder dip French manicure nice results but did not get hand massage or even a bit of hand cream at the end Very variable ‘service’ Observed three other casual walk ins come in and get the same off hand greeting and no indication of wait time. Two left immediately. One lady sat for about ten to fifteen minutes then gave up in the end and walked out I would say in conclusion Queen Nail Spa treats you nothing like a Queen. Had the best experience at Queen Nails in Parnell. Came in to remove acrylics and ended up seeing the selection of colours they have available so decided to get a pedicure and more acrylics added. Their staff are lovely and super helpful. They work incredibly hard to achieve the results you want. I’ve been to a few nail salons and always left feeling a bit disappointed. A truly relaxing and invigorating experience. The first time I think I’ve ever felt so comfortable during a pedicure to actually almost fall asleep(multiple times)! The foot massage was the best one I’ve ever had and the professionalism was like none I’ve ever seen. Great care and attention was given to each part of the job. I can say I’ve never had such a fantastic experience and thank you so much for your beautiful hospitality - I really needed it ❤️❤️❤️.
