SkyCity Theatre — Attraction in Waitematā

Show ( Grease ) was great. Skycity Theatre management was Crap. Went to buy a program from ticket office - cash only!!!! Wasn't going to walk to the foyer to get cash. Worst was waiting in line for 15 min at interval for ice creams to be told sorry sold out! Oh well what else can I give the kids? Sorry sold out of Crunchies, chippies, but have a pack of beer nuts.....hello!!!! We Took 3 kids to 4pm show and they hadn't eaten since midday and one was diabetic ( panic) bought her a lemonade but not the point. There were a lot of very annoyed people around me after all that waiting. How can this happen????- so what if you have ice creams and food left over there are other shows. The theater was nice and big. Show was very good. SkyCity Theatre is in the heart of Auckland's CBD, within the SkyCity Entertainment Precinct and minutes from the iconic Sky Tower. Besides the casino floor food,and entertainment, and activities are good 👍. Skycity has changed dramatically to be able to play on slot machines game etc you must have a SHOW by Skycity card and it has restricted rule of allowing customers to play at certain hours and breaks in-between which is fair but Trust me play what you can only afford! Those new cards don't even make you win on any machines from my experiences from $25 bets down to $1 bets it's a mission not like the earlier years from 2017 down many people would walk away happy.
