Awesome experience! Annie was such a great guide and made us feel safe and comfortable. The safety is top notch - everything on the harness and ropes are double / triple checked by multiple staff members - both on the ground and at the top. The skywalk is so daunting when you first get on it, I was very nervous when walking to the edge for the challenges - but as more time went in, the more comfortable I got. The fact that all media is included is an added bonus - Annie took some great photos and videos of the group - and gave us a great insight and commentary about the view we had (which was hard to notice at first when all your thinking about is how far down the ground is!!). Special mention must go to the fantastic staff that helped me. A ticket to the main observation deck is included in the skywalk price - but I already had a ticket rebooked - so the nice staff member gave me 20% discount on the sky walk, to compensate for the observation deck ticket I already purchased - it was like an upgrade, so it was nice of them to do it. Also, all the photos and videos are supposed to be emailed to you within an hour of completing the skywalk. After 24 hours, I unfortunately still did not receive my email. I returned and enquired about this, they apologised for the oversight and went out of their way to organise with the tech crew to get the photos in my inbox. Thanks for...

I did the Sky Jump in Las Vegas literally almost 10 years exactly before we were going to be in Auckland. So, when I found out there was a Sky Jump in Auckland, I KNEW I had to do it again. It's a BEAUTIFUL way to see Auckland, although it passes by very quickly.
For those not familiar, the Sky Jump is a vertical free fall. So some have described it as a vertical zip line and the free fall part of skydiving. I just love it and it's a great thrill along with a beautiful view of Auckland which for us, we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise.
The staff was extremely helpful and did a great job of calming our nerves. Your jump includes a shirt and there are other souvenirs to buy before and after your jump. There are also photo and video packages and you can see the photos and videos before you even buy. My husband and I opted for just the USB which includes our videos and it is a unique carabiner USB that I still use today.
NOTE: you cannot take anything up with you on the Jump, even my little hairclip got taken for the staff to hold. There are lockers when you get there, but probably best to leave everything...

Had 3 Americans friends in town for work and they had a half day in Auckland to get a true New Zealand experience. The weather was poor so a beach day was out...but there is always gaps in the rain and Skyjump will run as long as the winds aren't too. high. Perfect rainy day thing to do in Auckland.
Unfortunately, we had a mishap with the go pro video we purchased from AJ Hackett Sky Jump. Immediately, Priel Paniora, Auckland Site Manager for Sky Walk & Sky Jump, solved the problem. She sent a beautiful note with a temporary link to the lost video and then turned our frowns upside down by sending videos and photos of the other people in our party who had not purchased videos. The video in question was particularly special because it was a lesson to my friend's son about conquering your fears. Preil Paniora, then went the extra mile offering Brian another jump on a sunny day if he every makes it back to New Zealand with his son to view it live.
AJ Hackett is known for best in class service. Great Tourist Attraction. Great thing to do in Auckland. Amazing Service!...
