I went with my kid to rebel store where warehouse is in city these guys adm are doing some sales on footwear and first floor is almost empty of shoes in such circumstances I was looking for pair for myself as well I finalize one and suddenly a guy named NATH popped up and said to me to clear your mess . I saw a senior person and asked him if he is manager and told him me being customer is offended by your staff's this statement. He rather supported his staff NATH and he told me to go out of his store and that I am rude .I rather said him its your opinion as no one in NZ have told me to do this so far in 15 years of my stay. He ( NATH) then refused to even do business with me and insulted me by saying get out of store . Yet I calmy explained him what he is doing is wrong and finally he thought he is not owner and he has to do sales for what he has been paid for ...yet so far no apologies from NATH . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THESE GUYS ARE NOT HIRING STAFF MEMBERS AND VOMITING ALL THERE WORK STRESS ON CUSTOMERS...

went in to make my first purchase ever and signed up in store to be a new member, it gave me a discount code which i was surprised and happy about so took my purchase to the counter and when i said i'd like to use the code she looked at me like i was an alien in her mean girl sneer, before i knew it there was about 5 other staff members around me most of them mean girl sneering me as well. could not believe how i was treated. i had already had a bit of rude service from another staff member i was trying to ignore so at least 5 of the 7 staff i interacted with were not nice at all. i won't be using the code as i have no intention of shopping there ever again. may i never think of them each time i wear my item or i may as well return it or...

Hilarious. So well um, today I came into a sports store, well, I believe I did. In the past over the years, I have purchased several Wellington Phoenix kits here. So I ask the first employee I see and ask her if they had any Phoenix gear. I think possibly I must of said this in a foreign language, because I knew she had no idea who or what I was talking about. So I showed her my current kit I was wearing, an older piece, to give her a bit of an idea that it was a very very small random New Zealand football team, actually even playing today. I could see I was pretty much not getting anywhere, so just walked away. Maybe one day, you will just put Phoenix gear back in again, then I can just help myself, like I use to....
