Came in this morning to get gumboots and I asked if I could get discount just because they were the last size and because of the marks and state they were in. The lady who served me at checkout ( Twinkle) had asked the other lady who was there( brown hair tied in ponytail quite fair) said to the lady who served me “ you can wash them off “ which I was standing right there and could hear them. This is by far the weirdest warehouse I have ever encountered in my life like what is up with the layout? I had marketplace offers and discounts and purchased over $200 worth of items. Nobody asked me to scan my coupons, as they do at the other stores. I then asked for a refund to get my offers and the staff weren't trained adequately and did not know how to do this process. Then there was a line and the customers were being arrogant.
