Svolvær Tourist Information — Attraction in Vågan

A kind and helpful info center. But I have one complain. You deliver tokens for public laundry wich is fine for us, but it would be nice if the service worked properly. The washing machines did not use enough water to wash while the dryer just turns around not drying at all. I waited for 3 hours ( did twice the program) but the laundry was at the end as wet as at the biginning. You can imagine what the problem was for us in the camper to dry the stuff.

Very disappointed about the honesty of the tourist information. They told us that the silent cruise was cancelled and push us to get instead the rib boats as it was the only option possible. The following day we realized that the silent cruise and other boats companies were running as normal.
