We had multiple issues during our stay.||1. We never received check in information by phone or email, in the days leading up to our stay or on the day of our stay, after check in time.||I emailed after check in time and didn’t hear back. I called the office number before 4 pm, and no one answered. I called the after hours number after 4 pm and no one answered. I then contacted American Express, which is who booked our room, and they were also unable to contact anyone.||I went to the Nordis restaurant, and someone gave me a code that worked. This entire experience was very stressful, as I was concerned we were going to have to find alternative lodging during the busy summer season.||2. The apartment was EXCEEDINGLY hot. When we arrived at 5 pm, the temperature was 89 F (31.5 C).We opened all the windows.|5 hrs later at 10 pm it was 82 F (28.5 C).||I called and asked for fans at 10 pm. Was told they were checking into whether any fans were available and would get back to me.||As of 1030 pm it was still 82 F in the apartment and I hadn’t heard back. Texted them at 1045, no response. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK.||83 degrees at 1130 pm. Never got cooler than 80 F/27 C the entire night. All the windows were open and we left the front door open during waking hours.||When we left the next morning it was 83 F. I never heard back from anyone.||I don’t expect hotels in Norway to have air conditioning, but I don’t think that fans are an unusual request when the temperature reaches those levels, and at the very least we should get a call back.||3. One of the glass walls of the balcony is held together by fabric straps, and seems potentially structurally unsound and unsafe for some guests, including young chikdren.||THE COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. It was extremely frustrating. Our stay was anything...

There were three rooms and, more importantly, each came with ensuite facilities. ||The rooms were a little dark and could use more lights. Also, electrical points were located strangely on the floor and there were none by the bed, which would have been a more useful place.||There was a fridge, hot stove and plateware and utensils provided, but there is no microwave or oven. The TV works and wifi is stable and fast enough. The balcony in the living room was good and we caught sight of the northern lights from there. The windows there do not open up, so you may need to prop the balcony door open.||The place needs some maintenaince, and some of the plugs were loose, and some knobs etc missing from the shower stalls.||There is a Nordis eatery below, and another popular eatery, Bacalao, just next door.||You can ask the Nordis restaurant staff for help in booking a taxi in advance to the...
