Worst salon I've been to. I paid an amount of more than 4k because that is what they calculated prior to the service and the price is fine by me.. but the entire time, the chubby female kept on COMPLAINING how long my hair is. IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? 4k is literally the price they calculated for my long hair yet the way she pulled my hair recklessly is so painful I kept getting teary eyed. She was also on her phone whilst ironing my hair with too little strands making it very PAINFUL. The heat is literally near my skin. I wanted to pull a Karen on her because of the way she intentionally tries to hurt me but I held myself back thinking about the concern it would cause other customers.
I politely asked her to make the cluster bigger or get more hair strands when ironing so she could be faster and it would less painful for me and told her it's okay if isn't as straight since I requested so but she KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT MY LONG HAIR AND ASKING HER TO MAKE IT FASTER AS IF SHE WAS INCONVENIENCED... I WAS LITERALLY THE ONE INCONVENIENCED BECAUSE OF HOW SUPER SLOW SHE IS. She took twice the amount of time my service is suppose to be done.
I was initially planning to return in the future, but guess who's not coming back. This salon will go bankrupt if that big lady is still with them. Mark my words!
Edit: Adding my cents because the big lady replied. Girl, I could literally hear you BADMOUTH how long my hair is negatively at that time, making me feel awful about myself. It isn't just about the duration nor how thick my hair is, it is about HOW YOU TREATED ME. You made me feel like I should feel bad for having a long hair. Even before I asked to have the ironing LESS painful, you already have a FROWNED face and full of complaints IN FRONT of a customer with your PHONE multiple times. Don't give be the bull that you were that way because of me because you saw in the mirror that I was IN PAIN. I didn't even tell you after an hour has passed already because I felt bad to complain. Even before I complained about the pain, you were already sighing so hard about my long hair even when I paid for it. YOU REALLY NEED TO GO BACK TO TRAINING. I've had my hair done for many years and this is the first time I am immensely disappointed at a...

So.. I remember a few years back, a younger friend did his nails at this salon and it was gorgeous. I badly needed a manicure for an upcoming event. Since it was the closest salon near my waxing salon, NoStrips, I decided to try them since I didn't have the time to contact the Manicurist that I go to.
So of course, I chose the better quality of nail polish which cost me 100 PHP and I wanted to keep it simple so I chose a beige/nude color.
Then the receptionist pointed me to the Manicurist assigned to me and 1st bad experience: I told her to make it more round since I broke the nail of one of my fingers and it took her a long time to get it similar. But unfortunately upon closer look each finger look totally different and it was worst with the next hand.
Now, I told her I wanted a nude looking fingernails. Unfortunately for me... I chose a verrrryyyyyyyyy transparent shade close to a top coat. So when she finished and I had a closer look, it looked like I only had 1 coat of the polish and more top coat. So I wasn't expecting this. I wished she just warned me that she was hurrying and she didn't want to do my nails. I could've gone to another salon.
I wish I knew where I was gonna waste my money. Now... I have to redo my nails and get them at the...
Read moreTheir salon was a life-saver. However, their skincare and make-up extended boutique really DISAPPOINTED me all because their staff is new and is not experienced enough how to apply waxing strategies efficiently in a way that also minimizes harm to their clients. It was my first time in such a long time to experience severe redness and pain. Mahapdi po sya. The wax wasn't so hot but what I observed was how she got over the skin twice because the hair wasn't removed the first time. Layer by layer of honey. Ripped the skin raw TWICE. I even suggested that she'd just pluck the last strand of hair she saw. Staff just told me it was normal since the strand was thick but severe redness and pain is NEVER normal. They didn't even have the initiative to give me an antibiotic or soothing cream, I had to go back TWICE and ask. It was a TRAUMATIC experience I will never wish upon anyone. Also, I hope they train their staff not only in their services but also in customer relations. No one greets you when you come. You feel like you have to find them and ask if they can spare some time. It's not bad but it's something they should...
