Read moreThis used to be my favourite department store to shop, when I was working in a Govt owned and controlled corporation in Makati City. Little did I know that a modus operandi is going on in that store with lowly cashier/s being made to own up a theft she did not commit. The ignorant poor girl was threatened by the Security officer that if she did not admit that she pocketed money by putting this in writing and did not pay the amount allegedly pocketed, she would end up in jail. Initially, the poor girl did not want to admit the offence being forced on her, however, as the Security Officer together with her Supervisor were pressuring the poor girl to admit to a crime by telling her that she would go to jail that the poor girl was forced to own the theft. In short, it was the poor girl who has been reaped off and taken advantage of, by the landmark management....

This practice isn't healthy for the people next to the musicians and the musician themselves.
Loud noises can damage the tiny hairs in your ears that react to sound waves and send signals to your brain. These hairs, called stereocilia, can not regenerate, so if they are damaged, your hearing ability will be diminished.
Here are some examples of decibel levels for common sounds: Normal conversation: 60–70 dB, Movie theater: 74–104 dB, Motorcycles and dirt bikes: 80–110 dB, Music through headphones at maximum volume, sporting events, and concerts: 94–110 dB.
Here are some other decibel levels and their effects on hearing: 85 dB: Can cause hearing damage after 8 hours of exposure ,88 dB: Can permanently affect hearing after 4 hours of exposure ,120 dB: Can cause immediate hearing damage and physical pain, and may rupture the eardrum,140 dBP: Can cause immediate hearing loss from a single loud blast or explosion that lasts less than 1 second
