We should have trusted our instincts when we walked in and saw the place was empty—huge red flag. But since it was our first time trying shabu-shabu, and based on our research, this restaurant was supposed to be a good choice, we gave it a shot. Big mistake. From the moment we arrived, the service was already questionable. We told the waiter it was our first time and asked for recommendations on the best options, soups, etc. We ended up ordering a Wagyu beef set and an à la carte Angus beef. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, getting the attention of the staff was nearly impossible. They were all huddled inside the kitchen, chatting away, completely ignoring the dining area. Then came the real disaster. After serving our food and setting up the hot pot, we patiently waited for it to boil. Ten minutes later—nothing. Not even a simmer. We had to call the cashier for help since, of course, the waiters were nowhere to be found. Turns out, the induction cooker wasn’t even turned on. The cashier fixed it, and the next thing we knew, the kitchen staff inside started laughing and talking about the situation over the radio. We couldn’t hear everything, but it was very clear they were mocking the fact that the induction cooker had been left off. Unbelievable. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we were never even given service water. We left that overpriced nightmare of a restaurant thirsty and beyond frustrated. For what we paid, we could have gone to Mamou, had a proper meal, and still had change left. Instead, we wasted money on a place that didn't even have the basic decency to provide proper service. Never again. What a complete joke.

still one of the best hotpot/shabu shabu places in the metro for me and my family. we come back every once in a while and to introduce extended family here as well. it's convenient dining here as the service is really good, adding to that the sauces are placed right beside your table so it's within reach and doesn't require you to go and walk towards a communal space just to make sauces. it's good for solo dining and more so for group dining, as you each have your own mini boiling areas so it's not as messy compared to when you're sharing a single stove and transferring hot soups to each plate/bowl. their set offerings are also really satisfying and worth the price to justify the taste and quality and portion already of the whole thing. the seats are okay and they have both indoor and outdoor seating, fit for various group sizes. will definitely come back here again when around the area and i'm craving for soup!

The best shabu-shabu place I've ever been to! Thanks to my nephew who treated us for lunch here! So, I went back with bestie (her first time) for an early lunch and... it did not disappoint of course 😁! We ordered the seafood plate (not in pic) and ala carte of wagyu beef, corn, mushroom and liver. Cooking was fun! I had the staff mixed the sauce for me abd it was delicious to dip in the cooked seafood! And hey, it comes with dumplings which they actually make not store bought! Superb taste! Staff service was great!

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!

0 star for service!!

A1 Premium Shabu Shabu Greenbelt 3

Extremely disappointed with the service. We were first on the waitlist, yet no one contacted us even though they had our contact number. When we returned, they told us they were preparing a table for us—so we waited again. Then, a group of four arrived and asked for a table, and lo and behold, the staff gave our supposed table to them instead, simply because there were only two of us. If larger groups get priority, they should be upfront about it instead of making empty promises. Unprofessional and frustrating. Definitely won’t be coming back.
