Iguazu Tower at Acqua Private Residences — Attraction in Mandaluyong

The moment I moved to my unit here, my neighbor has been noisy ever since. Banging the front door on purpose, loud footsteps, and literally banging every door they can (sliding and balcony). I’ve filed a complaint; verbally, on paper, and on email. The management has never done anything to help stop this even after 4 MONTHS of complaining. They beg for evidence when the security has been monitoring this and has experienced the noise first hand. It’s always the people who complain that they point fingers on. Very lousy management and security, I’ve cooperated to every request they ask me. They even promise to work on the complaint then make excuses and never do anything about it. The walls are very thin in Iguazu. The cleaning staff make loud noises and play their phones on speaker. I feel very unsafe and disturbed here especially working from home.

PMO is the most useless thing ever. None of them do their actualy jobs and when I emailed them with complete info they even have the nerve to reply in a way that they obviously DID NOT...

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. We had a breathtaking view of Manila from our balcony. The building is very clean and secure. The pool and gym isn’t the best but not to worry, there is the Pebble Leisure center on 6th floor that you can sign up to (not free but worth it).

The only thing is the staff here. They see me everyday and always persist on my room number when I enter the building. Had a guy who had a serious face when asking me this even though he sees me everyday. Made me feel like an intruder which I didn’t like.

Also there are a lot of dogs here. I don’t mind them but others may, if you don’t like dogs don’t stay here because a big proportion of tenants here own...
