Food: Selection is limited. The management should reconsider upgrading or changing its menu based on the season. Eg. On rainy days, try to serve arrozcaldo or congee. Price: The food price is relatively more expensive. It caters to the upper-middle client. It's like the price of the food in poblacion restaurants. Service: Service lead time varies depending on how many customers they have. They are understaffed with 1 cook hence orders are quite slow. Only 2 staff are consistently friendly and smiling. Other staff rarely smile, as if they're not motivated in their work - maybe because the owner herself is not that warm towards them. Atmosphere: What I love here is that I can have a peaceful cup of coffee while clearing my mind amidst the stress in everyday life. I love the view particularly during sunset. The view, plus the chilly air, is perfect. Cleanliness: Generally clean inside the restaurant. I like it that the washroom is always clean. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Invest in sales and marketing activities like corporate tie-ups, ex-deals with influencers, Google boost, seasonal activities and promotions, etc. 2. Train the staff on customer service and motivate them. 3. Change the menu. Personally, I don't mind paying more if the food's selection and quality are perfect. 4. Find your key competitive advantage to differentiate yourself from the other restaurants and to entice customers to visit your restaurant, no matter where the location is. Usually, it is the combination of great food and great service. Hope these...

PS: The owner is kind and approachable, which adds to the welcoming vibe...
