When u walk in you might get back into thinking how was the time when it was used for some purpose. You will find a lot of greenery and lots of different plants. There were few sections of this place where I wanted to go but unfortunately they were closed. So yes if the whether is nice you can come here and sit on the terrace section.

For 75 PHP you can enter this piece of land directly connected with Baluarte de San Diego. There was a wedding being prepared when we visited, so I'd guess thats an option.
