I am extremely disappointed with the service, management, and overall atmosphere at this establishment. We went through the trouble of booking a birthday party two weeks in advance, specifically requesting a reservation on the terrace. However, upon arrival, the manager, a man with glasses, completely disregarded our reservation and forced us to sit inside. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we had planned for an outdoor celebration.

To make matters even worse, we soon noticed that there was another birthday party facing the same issue. It became apparent that the staff lacked proper organization and respect for their customers' reservations. The manager's attitude was exceptionally rude. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for a solution, he simply brushed us off, claiming that the terrace was full and there was nothing he could do.

Adding to the unpleasant experience, we discovered that some patrons in the establishment were consuming drugs. This not only created an uncomfortable and unsafe environment but also raised concerns about the overall management and security measures in place.

Such a combination of disregard for customers' needs, the lack of professionalism from the manager, and the presence of illicit activities has left a lasting negative impression. We expected better service, attention to detail, and a safe environment, particularly when it came to honoring reservations made in advance. Regrettably, this experience has tarnished what should have been a special occasion. I strongly advise against visiting this place due to the evident lack of professionalism, disregard for customer satisfaction, and concerning presence of drug consumption.

Despite paying the requested amount of 600 PLN for a reservation for 12 people, we informed later we will be 8 person more and you inform not additional cost . We did not request exclusive use of the entire place; we simply asked for a table on the terrace as specified in the reservation SMS, which was approved by you. The only condition was that we wouldn't be seated on the terrace in case of rain, given that the reservation was made 1.5 weeks in advance. i can share SMS if need it.

Unfortunately, this mistake occurred not just once but twice in the same night, which happened to be for two birthday celebrations. Upon further investigation, it appears that this is not an isolated incident, as previous reviews indicate similar occurrences. This leads me to suspect that it may be a common practice in your business. It's rather suspicious that the entire terrace was booked by a single corporation, making me question whether you prioritized their reservation over the two birthdays. While this may seem far-fetched, it raises doubts in my mind.

We had agreed that due to your lack of organization, we would initially start the party indoors and later be moved outside. However, throughout the night, the manager failed to take any action to facilitate this. At 1:20 AM, he nonchalantly informed me that the terrace was now empty and we could move all our guests there. This felt like a mocking gesture towards us as customers, and I responded by stating that it was too late. To make matters worse, I observed the manager drinking at the bar with a girl instead of attending to his duties. Clearly, the customer experience was dreadful.

Regarding your offer of 1200 PLN, I must express my lack of trust in your word due to the unprofessional behavior and dishonesty displayed by the manager. Before making a reservation at your establishment, potential customers should carefully consider these circumstances, as I cannot guarantee what they may encounter. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I believe it’s the only place in Krakow with a rooftop view as high as it is, the views were amazing on either side of the rooftop, especially watching the sun set in an evening. Their drinks were amazing, I ordered 3 of their hot buttered rum, I could not get enough of it and is still my most favourite hot alcoholic beverage of all time, perfect for those cold winter visits to Krakow, the drink also came with a biscuit, which was so complimentary to the drink. The decor of the place is classically stunning with lots of attention to detail around the bar. They had cinema seating around the edges of the bar and cool pink lighting in the evening. The only bar staff working that night was really nice, he was accommodating and friendly, and he made the drinks really fast too. Since we were the only people in the bar, he let us put on our own music, which was fun. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’ve got a sweet tooth and it’s cold, order the hot buttered rum! They don’t serve food, it’s just a bar, but 10/10 would go...

I was really excited to go to this place in Krakow and my expectations were met. I love the ambience and the interior of the place a lot. I think it’s prettier inside than outside. The rooftop itself wasn’t really up to my expectations. The seats were uncomfortable and the fence was so high that when I sat, I basically couldn’t the see the view, which ruined the whole point of the “rooftop”.

The drinks were really amazing although lacking option. I feel like there could have been more selection. Nevertheless, the taste was great and the presentation.

The only thing I can say that could be improved is the service. The service was pretty slow since there was only one guy working at the bar, the same guy bringing the drinks and being the waiter. It could have been better if there were more people working.
