DO NOT COME HERE TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY. We came here for a birthday dinner and we were pretty disappointed. We did not think the food was spectacular for the given price, still however acceptable.

The thing that really let us down though was the customer service. The staff, all except for the male waiter, were extremely rude. They looked very annoyed to serve, no eye contact, no smile, very unfriendly tone. No please nor thank you.

Nobody offered a menu until we asked, no staff opened the water bottles, nor did they pour the wine or water. They left the plates and dishes at the edge of the table for us to reorganize, and we had to ask for the bill several times.

The thing that actually really made us want to write this review is that almost all restaurants we’ve been to in our lives (throughout the world) has allowed guests to bring their own birthday cake without a problem. However, we were told that we were not allowed to bring food from the outside, even though it was just a birthday cake. What makes us really mad though was that there was ANOTHER birthday in the restaurant and those guests brought out their own cake (a round cake which was not on the dessert menu) and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday.

We just thought it was extremely unfair that we were shut down like that as it didn’t happen to the other guests. It is normal to not allow food from the outside, that’s regular restaurant policy, but it’s pretty ridiculous when even a birthday cake is not allowed (especially when there are no birthday cake options on the menu). It’s like the restaurant doesn’t want people to celebrate their birthday, which is often the reason people opt to dine out.

All in all, the food was subpar for its given price, really rude staff, and just a really poor experience for us. Would not really recommend, especially for a birthday...

A young waitress name Danielle was the hero for making my experience here flawless and amazing! I was unfamiliar with the menu and most of the foods sold here, she took her time and guide me and my friends through detailed explanation in English to almost each item on the menu with high level professionalism and great customer service. We started with insalata affumicata which was amazing and four of us actually shared it surprisingly enough for starter then I had tortellone carprese with preparation recommendation by Danielle, my friends had pizza which was large enough for almost each of us to have some. The place is really beautiful, spotlessly clean, wheelchair accessible and ambient music! Overall it was one of my best experience in Lisbon....

I had the pleasure of being attended to by Ana Paula in an exceptionally cosy and welcoming setting, which made the experience all the more delightful. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that customer care was of utmost priority. Ana Paula, with her impeccable manners and warm demeanour, enhanced this feeling, delivering truly outstanding service. Her attentiveness and professionalism were remarkable, making me feel genuinely valued and at ease. It is rare to find such a harmonious blend of a pleasant atmosphere and exemplary service.
