Well, I usually don't rate 5 stars. Only in two occasions, when eating goes beyond food, either deeper through 1) sustainability of the outsourcing ingredients, or 2) being proud of humankind kindness. To the nuts: I went for a lunch with my son. Was his 10th birthday. Called for making a reservation. Restaurant said "no need, we are very calm today". I asked them, well can you make the reservation anyway in the name of my son, so he can feel the reserved table in his name? I also asked if they could do something as it was his birthday. Answer was "we don't usually do birthdays but we'll see what we can do". Son asked for his table (he was very happy - that's why I love children). Lunch eaten, and I asked the bill (I was really not expecting anything else. Then came a chocolate fudge (picture), with happy birthday written. The eyes of my son just sparked with "how did they know?". I told him it's just wonders of the unknown :)
We went for a great afternoon, but was a great start of the afternoon on this restaurant. Little small nuts and bolts build enormous beautiful...
Read moreUpdate: Significantly worse since our last review. We were not able to sit outside despite a sea of empty tables. Inside it was empty. We ordered 3 pizzas and only 2 arrived. The staff did not check on our meal and avoided any type of eye contact. I recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you’re on a diet and want to sit indoors in a hot and dead lobby area.
Old 5-star review: We come here regularly, always for lunch, on different days. I agree with the other reviewers that you have to find your own seat, and you have to grab the waiters’ attention, but it’s something you get used to. The food is consistently excellent, and so are the drinks. The pizza ingredients are fresh and the sangria is very good. We last came here on a Sunday lunchtime, the place was packed, but it only took 20 minutes from getting a seat to eating, which is impressive for a busy restaurant. If you come early on a warm day, you can sit outside, which is really the best way to enjoy the full...
Read moreI've come here at different times during the years and every single one of them is different from the first. Sometimes the food is great, other times it could be better. The one thing that always stays the same is the "bad service" and I would say atmosphere. The waiters take a long time to get to you for seating and for taking your requests and even though the restaurant is very cozy and well decorated the huge amount of children noise not being managed is too much. I get it that they make this place family friendly and kid friendly, they even have a zone for children to play in, but I shouldn't have to deal with children screaming at my ears while I'm trying to have a pleasant meal when their parents or management can't take care of them. Overall the food is ok but I always come here as a last...
