Honest Greens Parque das Nações – Healthy Concept, But Disappointing Execution

Honest Greens Parque das Nações is a restaurant with a modern and inviting atmosphere, designed around the idea of fresh, healthy eating. Unfortunately, while the concept is appealing, the execution of the food leaves much to be desired. The vegetables and fruits were not particularly tasty or fresh, which is surprising for a place that emphasizes natural, healthy ingredients. One clear example was the Greek salad, which unexpectedly came with watermelon—an unusual twist that could have been interesting, but the fruit itself was of poor quality, watery and bland, even unpleasant.

The idea behind Honest Greens is commendable: offering a space where people can enjoy wholesome meals in a relaxed, trendy setting. However, when the quality of the core ingredients isn’t up to standard, the entire experience suffers.

Overall, Honest Greens Parque das Nações is a place with great ambiance and excellent service, but the flavors and ingredient quality don’t live up to the expectations. With some improvement in sourcing and preparation, it could truly shine, but as it stands, it’s more style...

We had a really great experience eating here for the first time today. With the way the outdoor seating is arranged we weren't sure if we would be allowed to sit with the dogs but it turns out that they allow them inside and outside. When we said we have two dogs they said it's fine even if we had five. They were really friendly explaining how everything works. While two of us were in line to place the order, another staff member went to make sure our children knew that they were allowed to sit inside with the dogs if they wanted to and then offered to bring a dish of water in case dogs were thirsty. Our dogs are not small dogs so the fact that they were above and beyond welcoming made us feel really at ease and able to relax and enjoy the meal. We each chose a different meal (five in total) so that we could try a variety from the menu and everything was really delicious. The tuna and salmon were both cooked perfectly, the chicken was juicy and delicious, the poke bowl and latin lover bowl were both so delicious. For drinks we chose a few of the bottled drinks and my wife got the infused water. The juices were all good but the infused water was just flavored enough to be nice and refreshing with the meals. We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a great meal out without having to leave your fur...

The food was ok. Too much fat on dressing. I ordered the veal, have a nice flavor, but the texture wasn't good, on the "rubbery' side. Checked in the menu if this plate have gluten ( the menu provide some insights about what type of allergenics you might find on all the different choices ). And because I'm intolerant ( I'm really intolerant, not following any trend ) to gluten i ended up choosing the veal because the menu said it doesn't have gluten. When the plate arrived, a slice of bread in the middle of the plate WTH ( ??? ) Better reformulate your menus ! The service personel, probably wasn't having a great day, because they were a little bit upset...maybe tired.. More like " what do you want...ok... Next!!! " Overall it's a nice place, with some different choices, but nothing too fantastic. It was my first time there, and although being original, honest greens restaurant doesn't offer great food. It's a mixture of different aspects, but none excels the average category. The environment its nice, but it's far from being a quiet place, the food isn't bad but I can't say I loved it. The price it's fair, but as quality goes I can't say the same. The service personel despite being efficient aren't very friendly. Overall it's an average restaurant with room for a lot of improvement but that will probably...
