Restaurante Sea the Future — Restaurant in Lisbon

Stopped here for a quick ice cream as it was Grom ice cream and that is normally good. But firstly it was extremely expensive and then the staff member serving it was useless. At nearly 5 euros for a medium that is obscene especially when the cup is actually actually the normal small cup from Grom and then they do not even bother to fill the cup, but rather just scrape it on the side leaving the cup itself empty at the base. And then he just dropped the spoon on the top of the ice cream. As soon as the ice cream was handed to my daughter with the way it was served it immediately had half of it fall on the ground, but he did not offer to rectify what was poorly served ice cream in the first place. Terrible!!! I feel cheated...

Convenient but Disorganized and Underwhelming

This cafeteria-style eatery at the Lisbon Aquarium is convenient if you’re already visiting, but the experience was disappointing.

The food was mediocre at best—bland and forgettable. One of our dishes was missed entirely and we had to ask for it again. The place appeared short-staffed, with slow service and poor organization. While waiting in line for dessert, staff began serving people who arrived after me, which was frustrating.

Today, just before noon, we stopped for some drinks and two pastel de nata's at the cafe (not restaurant). We were served by a very cheerful young woman who even helped us with some Portuguese phrases. She is a wonderful ambassador for your organisation and when we are close by, we will drop by for coffee and cake once again. I wish more organisations would employ friendly helpful people like this young...
