From the bridge you can take the stairs down to the beach and reach the viewpoint to watch the waves and surfers. Also from the bridge above you can get nice shots at sunset. This is a fairly iconic bridge on the Lima coast. You can't cross the street on top of the bridge. There are paths under each side of the bridge that cross under. You can walk on top of the bridge parallel to traffic. At night the bridge lights up a nice shade of red. It's a great spot to watch sunset but expect there to be hundreds of other people around!
