One of the best accommodation in Bin Mahmoud area. Walking distance to the Bin Mahmoud Metro Station. Baqala store is nearby and delivers. Has 1 to 3 bedroom fully furnished flats with own balcony. Central A/C, wifi, cable, and electricity & water utilities are all included in the monthly rent. Provides 1 assigned/dedicated car parking slot (underground parking). Your parked vehicle wont get dusty or dirty even if left for few weeks. Other facility amenities are indoor children playground (great if you have young kids), 2 indoor swimming pools, gym (latest gym equipment), sauna, plus indoor running track at the top of the building. Also allows residents to use facilities of Le Mirage Exec Apartments. Security is also tight providing access card to ensure overall safety of residents. But once check out. Le mirage deny to pay deposit cheque back to the same beneficiary name which appear in cheque we paid in the beginning and they cash money out.
