Shibuya Hikarie — Attraction in Tokyo

Like many others have said, the shopping here can be quite expensive - however! If you're a mall wanderer, or just need a break from the heat outside, this place is great. There's cool bathrooms on many floors, one has a "deodorizing air shower" that my group didn't try, but it'd definitely be an interesting experience!

There's many seating areas close to the washrooms on various floors. Also on the 11th floor is a convenience store (Lawson's, but PSA that I didn't find any Salmon Onigiri), and you can see Shibuya crossing from up here. Photos may be difficult because the outer glass is quite dirty, but it's a fun viewing experience.

On the basement floors, there's two gelato places I believe. We hunted for Tofu ice cream, which this one had, though my group mates commented that it wasn't as similar as the specialty tofu ice cream they tried...

Provides a good place to shop in the Shibuya area, particularly liked the little boutiques within the department store that offered novel products including personal care and household items. Although not a big issue, it is important to note that items should be paid for at each individual shop, and cannot be purchased in a single transaction.

When shopping tax-free the refund can only be issued on the day of purchase, therefore if purchasing many small items plan to buy them all the same day.

A good view of the Scramble crossing is possible at no charge, so offers a good alternative to other buildings in the area where payment is necessary - feel that crossing the road is a better experience than watching from above, but if you want a photograph this...
