Very poor service even after I was accommodating to their poor quality of food. Purchased a few items for a meal, and upon arriving at home found the food to be stale. I called and informed the manager who was apologetic and ensured me they will replace my meal that was bad. I called in to place my order and inform him to also add the bad meal to it, and he blatantly said sorry he doesn't remember, and when he did, he said he can't help me, maybe he'll give me half the meal to make up for it. My food arrived in an absolutely damaged state. I ordered a bunny chow and the entire order was spilt. Please explain why the order was packed in a haphazard way where the gravy isn't even properly secured. The inconvenience of having to find another place to eat is just truly annoying. If you know your food is going on delivery make a point to ensure your packaging is secure because this is nonsense. The entire bunny is soaked because you placed the gravy in the packet...
