Post Office Tree — Attraction in George

There isn't too much info at the venue except a "legendary" story of a letter beibg posted at this tree. I have taken groups to this venue and it seems that as a guest I was more informed about the scenery than the so called guides. If I had worked here I would have at least done some research on the surroundings (anyone can use the internet nowadays!) There is even free wi fi spots in town so all you need is a wi fi capable device and there you go! Other that that the area is maintained...

I really enjoy it every time that I come here😊 I always learn something new or see something different than I used to. The post office tree is absolutely beautiful and I love the story and history behind the shoe. If you're a geocacher or someone that loves history then this is the place for you.
