What a lovely user friendly family beach. Hardly any waves so young kiddies could enjoy themselves with their parents. A safe beach stretching deep into the ocean to the nets. For the taller persons we were able to virtually stand on our toes close to the nets. Power boats, yachts and other craft were on the other side of the well marked and cordoned off area. Come early in the morning to claim your little thatch roof sitting area. Perhaps more of these should be erected. There is a large parking area with car guards and a large old dated Victorian type seaside restaurant serving food and drinks all day long inside and out on a deck.
Oh yes and there are toilets ablution facilities on the beach area to wash off the sand and change into your costume or dress up afterwards. Steps are provided to the beach and to the eating facility.

Read moreGoing there for almost 18 years now and it is always clean, the beaches are lively, the food all around is amazing, awesome spot to sunbathe. Most of the time they offer large umbrellas to hire if you want. The waves are gentle throughout low tide, with barely anything, almost just like a lake, perfect for kids i guess, but when high tide comes the waves get Enormous. Very very very big. Those are awesome to boogyboard out or just go under or over if you dare....
