Depression. Thats the best word to describe this place. The staff are miserable and rude, by far the worst Ive experienced in Korea. Have a question? Good luck getting any kind of answer. The first guy you encounter when you walk in only yells PASSPORT PASSORT until you give it to him. The guy sitting under the big marketing sign straight up ignored us. Only the front desk lady was somewhat hospitable.

The atmosphere is the worst Ive ever seen in a live casino by far and I have been to many casinos. Its eerily quiet despite having a lot of players. And the players all look like they are miserable too. No one is having any fun.

There was maybe 30 slot machine, 6 open table games and 20-30 stadium style terminals that were fully packed. So the game selection was terrible too.

We were excited to come here since it was next to the Starfield COEX and they had a 60,000 won free play offer. But after looking around, we booked it out of there ASAP after we used the free play and will never be coming back again.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Seven Luck Casino in Gangnam. Some of the male dealers were extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. When a guest asked something, they responded in a very arrogant and confrontational way. Their facial expressions were cold and unfriendly, and it was clear they didn’t value the customers at all.

One particular dealer — a heavyset man whose name I don’t remember — behaved very unprofessionally, almost like a gangster. Compared to other casinos in Seoul such as Paradise City in Incheon or Walkerhill, the baccarat patterns here were the worst I’ve ever seen. Honestly, I couldn’t...
