Avoid This Place at all Costs Myself & my partner went in here for tapas & when the food came out my partner said why we got 4 tapas when it should have been 3 & I thought maybe I confused the man who served me who was very pleasant. After starting to eat our food my partner heard the table next to us wondering where there food was & then she said that we have their order & we told the waiter who then brought our food out & then took it straight back. We then asked for the bill & when we got it the bill had our drinks & potato salad but then the 4 tapas that we didn't order so as we explained to the waiter he got all angry & extremely rude waving his hands around & told us to go & didn't want the money for the bill & we were prepared to pay the bill.
All we tried to explain was that there was an error & instead of getting angry he should have said sorry this was our mistake.
We will never come back there again & urge people to avoid this place as the staff are so unpleasant & very rude.
I have had to give 1 star as google won't allow no stars & the staff need training in customer service as...
Read moreTried a few places around here over the years but never Pintxos Aurrera. Why I am now asking myself. This place is fantastic. If you feel a little bit embarrassed to try and ask the waiter for something from the counter, then don't. If your Spanish isn't very good, just ask for a list from the till area. Every tapas on the counter is listed with a few that aren't that they make up fresh. Every tapas plate has a number and a discrimination in "English." So, as long as you can read, you won't starve. There is a tick box on the list by every tapas dish. Just put the quantity of dishes you want in each box and hand it back to the waiter. Prices are also on the list, so you know what you are spending. Order your tinto or blanco first and walk around with your pen and list.
We only called in for a quick one and ended up having 8 glasses of wine and shared 10 different tapas tasters.
The tapas plates ranged from €2.30 to €3.60 (steak) each. The red wine was...

We found this place in Benidorm, which is in an alley in the restaurant areas. The food was displayed which looked really nice, bruschettas with different types of toppings.
We ordered one round and went for another round but I've seen a bug that looked like a small cockroach 🪳 walking on top of the bruschettas.
When I showed the server to look at the bug, all he did was remove the cockroach and put the plate back in the display without at least throwing away the food which was touched by the insect. The guy didn't even care that I was looking at him with disgust, he pretended like is completely natural what he did, like nothing happened.
Shame I didn't make a picture to proove my review, before I told the guy.
This is absolutely not acceptable and this place should be closed for hygiene issues.
