UN AUTENTICO DESASTRE: . Me vendieron un sofá de 2 30 m que a pesar de informarles de las medidas del pasillo y el techo de mi vivienda me aseguraron de que no había problema para meterlo en el comedor. Después se lavaron las manos y no quisieron saber nada del asunto, a pesar de haberles llevado un croquis con todas las medidas. Busque una elevadora para introducirlo por el balcón, pero debido a que había que cortar una vía principal, el trabajo se debía hacer de madrugada y el coste se disparaba, por lo que opte por comprar otro sofá, en otra tienda, obvio. Todavía a día de hoy tengo el sofá guardado en un almacén Su respuesta es improcedente No se quien le ha informado El techo mide 230 cc y así constaba en plano. Fue el empleado, creo que se llama Juanma, el que dijo que no había problema en el giro. Dijo que conocía el Edf y los pisos y que no había problema. Puedo ponerme delante de él y que me diga que no es cierto. La solución esta clara. Compre otro sofá y el de vds lo tengo en un almacén Si alguien está interesado se lo vendo Tengo wassap de algunas conversaciones con el empleado Juanma. Estoy reuniendo toda la documentación. para reclamación oficial en oficina del consumidor.

¡Enamorados de nuestro nuevo sofá y de la atención recibida! Pasamos por casualidad por Mimma Gallery buscando un sofá cama para nuestro salón y María nos atendió de una forma súper profesional, dándonos todos los detalles y las ventajas de cada modelo que tenían. De repente la vista se nos que a este modelo, que no es sofá cama pero que es MARAVILLOSO: Pueden dormir hasta 3 personas en él y es comodísimo. La segunda buena noticia la tuvimos con los tiempos de entrega: La compra la hicimos el 6/7/2022 y la fecha estimada de entrega era en octubre. Íbamos a pasar el verano sin nuestro sofá pero cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando el 6/8/2022 ya teníamos el sofá en casa. Maravillosa gestión Nos dimos cuenta a los pocos días que teníamos un almohadón pendiente y María inmediatamente gestionó la incidencia y esperamos recibirlo en septiembre, pues ahora la fábrica está cerrada. En definitiva: Maravillosa atención personalizada por parte de María, excelente calidad y precioso diseño

¡Enamorados de nuestro nuevo sofá y de la atención recibida! Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Lack of Accountability

We bought a sofa from Mimma Gallery that started to fall apart after just two years. The fabric tore at the seams, and the structure became noticeably saggy — very disappointing given the price and the promise of quality.

When we contacted the store under the warranty, they initially agreed to take it in for repair or reupholstering and told us it would be returned within three months. After four months with no sofa, they suddenly refused to honour the warranty, claiming there was pet hair and minor staining — something they now consider “misuse.”

This feels completely unfair, especially since we purchased a pet-resistant fabric, and our original complaint had nothing to do with wear and tear — it was about the construction failing at the seams. Meanwhile, they’ve kept the sofa for over four months, and we have no idea what condition it’s in now.

Overall, the customer service has been unprofessional and unhelpful.

Would not recommend Mimma Gallery — poor product quality and no responsibility once they...
