I gave my favorite ( very precious as its was a gift from my mum) slightly old one - for repair. JOB# 1056. Though they promised the delivery 2 week, they have taken exactly a month, that too after calling them every week. disappointing part is the quality of work is very POOR,,, not cared the product at all. no proper quality check.. they have made my favorite guitar worse than it was. They caused many damages in the body,,, workmanship is simply not upto the mark, so i HAD TO RETURN IT to re-do. But I don't have any faith that they understood the customer need, and what they delivered. I am keeping my fingers crossed until I see the result of return to re-do.
