Spa Ceylon Havelock City Mall - Boutique — Attraction in Colombo

Very bad experience. One product was manually billed. The price displayed on the product was 8300/-. This was manually billed as Rs.8900/-. The bar code on the product is not on their system. It’s not only for this product. This can be seen for all the packaged items(several products in one box). Being a well branded company and does not have all the products on the system is a very bad experience for the customers as well for the company. After a while only, I checked the bill to double check and then only realized this issue. So came back to the outlet and had to wait some more time to reverse the payment and do the payment again. The cashier didn’t even bother to say sorry. She said this can happen as this product was not on the system. So better double check the bills and tally it with the price codes on...

Very Disappointed with Spa Ceylon’s Service

I purchased products from Spa Ceylon on August 3rd, and noticed that the online and in-store prices differ, but this was never clearly communicated to me at the time of purchase. I even asked the staff for a further discount since I purchased very expensive items, but they said this was the best they could do. Honestly, it felt like their staff are trained more as tricksters than as honest salespeople. When I raised my concerns, Spa Ceylon did not give a fair or proper response. Their customer service was unprofessional and disappointing. They ignored my messages and failed to address my issue satisfactorily. I expected much better from a reputed brand. Spa Ceylon has created its unique brand world wide and especially at its roots in Sri Lanka. Prices maybe high for some customers but it is as it's supposed to be to attract a certain type of crowd. Generally it is accessible to everyone despite class and status but I do understand keeping it up to par with the pricing and the quality of the products they sell. Whether it is to spoil one self of gift to another. It's a go to place for anyone. The staff is amazing and their customer service is admirable.
