Was there today for a whole afternoon of self-care. The massage and body scrub were absolutely incredible, cannot say enough good things. Products are also 5 stars. The pedicure was ok, great foot care but my nail shape was changed vs what I wanted. Lady who applied nail polish on my feet also really good and professional. Now, the manicure, what a disaster. From the side of my pinky nail bed starting to bleed and them pretending they didn’t see it and wiping it with the tip of a nail file (!!), to the nail polish that I came in with being removed with a nail file damaging my nail bed (I felt it burning multiple times) instead of with nail polish remover, to me asking for square nails - exactly as I had them coming in - and half of them ending up round, nails on the right hand much longer than left hand, nails with the right side round and the left square or uneven, zero removal of excess skin ZERO. I mean .. I don’t even know what to say. I paid and was supposed to put nail polish on my hands and had to cancel it (and they didn’t even refund me for it) because the nails were atrocious. Just spent one hour at home fixing EVERYTHING ! Waste of money. Go for the treatments but not for manicure if you want decent nails and proper spa treatment. Total savagery this manicure. To top it off, the person at the cashier had to do 3 transactions to charge me because he kept messing up, and at the end of everything asked me how everything went, I said that all good but manicure could have been better and the answer was “ok”. Zero interest in understanding why I said that....

Read moreOn 16th February yesterday between 7 pm to 8pm I have being to spa ceylon Horton palce branch, unfortunately to say except for the door man who open me the door to the store, no onw was on the floor and literally I have to look for a sales person asking for help. One girl was sitting in the corner, despite I being calling for some one, she reluctantly came to me as if she was forced to come. I was first time buying a body spray from ur brand even though I few other products in my different visits to Srilanka, so I was asking help from her to choose one foe me. After a while I had a conversation for her, suddenly in the middel she hand over my query to a trainee staff and tellimg me she would help me. I was surprised as now I have to explain her about my requirement from the beginning. What I need to say the sales staff "SONIA" has zero knowledge in serving a customer and like that staff will not make the business, they will only break the business as I came out from the store with out any purchase. I have not seen this sort of attitude from any staff in any other location I visited.
