Old Town Sunday Night Market I extended my stay one night just so I could attend this infamous night market. It's BIG, so many food stalls. And shopping galore! Restaurants Cafes Clothing shops Souvenirs & Knickknacks I came for the food! The best night market I have been to in all of Thailand because it actually had a selection of Vegan options!! Does not happen often. Usualy I opt for the cut fruit and coconut smoothie. But this time. VEGAN-friendly options! -Vegan Dumplings: Pan-seared 6 for 60 Baht 2 spinach. 2 veggie and 2 potato -Laotian Vegan soups Mushroom and Vegetable Fresh veggies. Good flavors Packed with🍄🥒🍄🥕🍄 60 baht -Grilled corn 🌽 50 baht -Watermelon smoothies🍉 40 baht -Pad Thai and ramen noodles -Sushi- seaweed -Pancakes- coconut, taro, And potato And many more... So mice to have Veg options ✌️ Happy I checked it out. There was live music as well. Everyone walks slow because they are walking AND eating! 😋😋😋

A must-visit Sunday experience in Old Phuket Town! 🌙🌈 The Sunday Night Market is such a vibrant and fun way to spend your evening in Phuket. From local street food and Thai desserts to handmade crafts, souvenirs, and live music—there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is buzzing but still relaxed, with families, tourists, and locals all enjoying the mix. I loved the colorful lights, historic Sino-Portuguese buildings, and all the photo-worthy corners along the street. 🌮 Food-wise, you’ll find everything from grilled meats to coconut ice cream, mango sticky rice, fried squid, and even fusion bites! Prices are very reasonable, and you can easily try lots of small things as you walk. 💡 Pro tip: Come early (around 5:00–5:30 PM) to avoid the biggest crowds and catch golden hour for photos. It can get packed later in the evening, but honestly—it’s part of the charm. One of the best cultural snapshots of Phuket life.

A brilliant example of how a night market should be. One of Phuket's most well known and anticipated night markets, this one in Phuket Old Town is a must visit. Open only on Sunday evenings, the roads in the area are barricaded. Stalls fill the streets and there is a carnival atmosphere in the entire area. Get there early if you want to find parking close to the street. Otherwise be prepared to go around in ever expanding circles till you find street parking.
