We wont be taking our baby to the swimming classes there anymore! The place is not equipped for babies let alone the huge number of babies and parents that have to use the facilities! The showers are not adequate, temperatures are always too low and cold for them! The water in the pool is cold and the corridors as well. Most parents come with their children sick to the lessons, and it’s understandable (!) since they get sick so often. We paid so much money and were able to attend 4 classes altogether due to constant sicknes and I know other parents have experienced the same thing. Staff is not always friendly and there doesn’t seem to be enough cleaning. We share the disabilities rooms for the lessons since there isn’t a room for babies or toddlers, we are there first thing in the morning, and last week there were crumbs of food on the small matress that we have for changing. Very very disappointing! When you experience all this it is quite hard to enjoy the time with your baby! We lived in a village prior to moving to Lund and had a better experience! Definitely not recommended! Please keep your baby safe and enjoy your time with them doing...
Read moreVery long queues for the entrance. Food was terrible in local cafe. My children paid for the meat hamburger but got vegetarian burger instead. The shoes of childrens were thrown to the corridor outside the changing room. However the shoe-horn is still inside. What is the point for it then? Young adults did not stay in the queues for the water slides and even physically pushed the youngest (my children for instance) from the tube entrance. The gards seemed to have no attention to such situations. Instead they come immediately to people answering their mobile phones because it is forbidden. One more drop to the negative experience. Boys at age of 11-12 yrs are allowed to the ladies changing room. General impression that this place is not family friendly and it does not welcoming people. Do not recommend to spend you time in...
Read moreA decent swimming pool, but with a few unfortunate downsides:
oftentimes overcrowded, facilities just not enough for the demand quite pricey, especially given that you have to pay extra for the bracelet very strange opening times the LGBT+ changing rooms are a great initiative, but often filled with families and children the staff aren't the friendliest
What I don't understand: if I sign a form for a 6-month ticket, with my personal data, and even a picture of me, why can't the staff let me in on a day that I forgot my entrance bracelet? Surely you can check my personnummer and literal photograph of my face to see I have a membership? Staff were quite unhelpful in this regard as well, unfortunately.
In summary, for Swedish standards, this pool...
