Horrible experience with the security staff—completely unprofessional and discriminatory behavior.

We visited the store one morning to buy some breakfast items and a pack of sanitary pads. The staff didn’t speak English and were incredibly rude. We checked out using the self-checkout tills and had two separate receipts for our purchases. As we were leaving, the security guard stopped us for no reason.

Even after I showed him both receipts, he insisted on checking our personal bags. When he saw the sanitary pads, he questioned if we had paid for them, despite the receipts clearly proving that we had. It seemed like he couldn’t or wouldn’t bother reading the receipts in English.

What’s worse is that he didn’t even apologize for the baseless accusation or for checking our bags. This was the first time we’ve ever faced such treatment. Being Indians, we can’t help but wonder if we were singled out because of our ethnicity. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable...

I had a disappointing experience at this store. While passing by to take a look, I noticed a long line at the cashier and decided to leave after just a few seconds. However, the security guard stopped me and asked to inspect my private bag without providing any explanation. The way I was treated made me feel as if I were being accused of theft, which was both unfair and upsetting. This store should seriously consider evaluating the behavior and professionalism of its security staff to ensure customers are treated with respect.

It was good stuff they had. Croissant and alot of other bekary stuff also alot of cheese and sausages and candy. It was my first time in a Genève store so I don't have to much to comspre with so 😅 They where handing out roses the day we where there. Unfortunately we didn't understand that so we didn't get any. I don't know if it was a special holiday or something. But I would recommend to go here if you need to buy anything

For non-dairy milk customers that need to buy some for their breakfast cereal, the range here was excellent (see photo) compared to the COOP further down. I wish I went here first. I could not see a gluten free cereal option (which I did get at the COOP). The take away food range here I feel is better than the COOP. For a train station supermarket, this place left a very good impression on me
