Read moreVery rude staff!!!!!
We tried to buy the tickets for cable car and mountain activities there. Tried to figure out how to buy and what kind of tickets to buy. The lady was so in patient with our questions. “Do you understand?!!” When we questioned about her attitude, she was so angry and slammed her information card and closed the window in front of my kid. Then second staff came, I was about to explain what happened. His first response is, do you want to buy the tickets or I go? I don’t want to ruin the whole experience. So I bought the tickets. It turns out that he sold the wrong tickets to us. After I finished the activities, the third staff gave me some refunds because I insisted that they were wrong about the tickets and proved that.
Very disappointing about the experience of the staff!!! Strongly recommend you ask clearly what tickets you buy. Don’t be scammed!!!
BTW: The whole conversation I started with “ Good Morning”, and no polite response at all....

The Bachalpsee lake trail was quite difficult for me with the snow and we realized we wouldn’t make it there and back in time for our train home. You need more than 2 hours to hike there and back. Gorgeous views from the rocks by Adi’s...
