Exhibition Guild City of Zurich — Attraction in Zurich

The museum is in the second floor of the house, and is situated in a very nicely renovated historic space. The exhibition itself is compiled from three rooms with multiple videos in each. They introduce a bit about the history of the guilds and current festivities the guilds hold. The third room introduces 10 people who contributed to Zurich's history, again through videos. There aren't many artefacts in the museum, or much text. I think the museum could make a few maps for visitors, that would include all the guild houses or the residences/ commemoration plaques of the people mentioned...

Currently only take cash for entry ticket. The attraction is on the 2nd floor. It's not a museum, but a series of about 5 videos, set in different time periods (and rooms) which tell the story of different aspects of life in Zurich. A bit dry, but one of the few insights into the social history of the city. One room does have some original...

Unglaublich tolles und gut gestaltetes kleines Museum. Es befindet sich zwar in einer kleinen Gasse und man geht quasi ein normalen Hauseingang nach oben in die zweite Etage, dort erwartet man aber ein voll digitales Museum mit sehr vielen Information zum Zunftwesen in Zürich. Das Museum besteht nur aus einem Eingangsraum mit Zeitstrahl und Videos aus verschiedenen Jahren sowie 3 öffentlichen Räumen mit verschiedenen Videoprojektionen (Bildschirme, Beamer), welche die Geschichte direkt erzählen!
