Breeze Nan Shan — Attraction in Taipei

Took my Samsung Zfold 2 there to get the front screen protector replaced. When came time to pick it up, there were more scratches and spots under the film then when I originally brought it in with. Service guy didn't even point it out. I complained and they offered to replace both inside and outside screen protectors.

Came back the following day to get them both replaced. Front screen protector still has dirt under the screen. Inside screen protector completely scratched everywhere. They tried to say that there was no way to replace the screen with out scratching the protector. They said they will try again and passed me my sim card out of my phone. I don't know why they gave me my sim card because every other time, I have left it in there. I get my phone back after them replacing my inside screen protector again. They didn't even put it on straight. There are air gaps all the way along the bottom of the screen. Also when they placed my sim card back in. The sim card was locked and was prompting me to enter my PUK number. The employee said that they did not touch my phone and don't know why it was asking for a PUK number. The FLAT OUT LIED TO MY FACE. Saying "we didn't touch your phone" The only way that prompt would come up is if they entered the sim lock code incorrect 3 times.

Through all of this, my phone is worse off then when I brought it in. I have spent a lot of money at this Samsung store and to have the employees unable to properly service my phone and lie to me. I will never go...

Definitely one of the Best and most comfortable mall ever. The staff are generally all very polite and professional in the entire mall and in the various boutiques. Remember that I once patronized Tomod and the staff were very professional and polite when I bought an item wrongly and had to do a refund barely 10 minutes after making payment. The staff were not even the least impatient or unhappy with me and was very efficient and prompt in processing with the refund. I was so grateful and impressed. This is something extremely rare in some other country I have been to where service staff are often rude, inefficient and unprofessional. It was a pleasure to be shopping in Breeze Nanshan and the staff there have all indeed uphold their service professionalism. This is indeed a heavenly shopping place. First of all, the entrances for parking is extremely narrow, I mean, if u are a new driver, don’t try ur skill on that for sure. Secondly, the credit card that we have under the company of BreeZe can’t even get us any discount of parking. They claimed that they have their own BreeZe credit card for the NanSan location. Lastly, the service at the customer counter isn’t as great as the others. They girl dressed super cute but her attitude and service isn’t the best. We had a wheel chair with us today shopping at the mall, since I just realized that the BreeZe credit card we have can’t discount the parking, we asked if we can have an extra 30 mins for loading the wheel chair, she refused and offer no help.
